How to verify

Unlock your phone
NFC only works while the screen is on and unlocked.

Hold it against the seal
Touch the top back of your phone to the seal on the container door. Each tap opens a result page.
- 03
Tap again if asked
If the first result is not conclusive, the page asks you to tap the seal once more.
- 04
Read the result
Intact seals show the seal ID, scan count and full history. A compromised seal shows a clear warning.

- Whether the seal is a valid or invalid tag
- Integrity
- Tamper state of the physical seal
- Scan count
- How often this seal was verified
- History
- Time and location of every scan
Nothing happens?
- Enable NFC in your phone settings.
- Remove thick cases or metal plates from the back of the phone.
- Move the phone slowly across the seal to find the antenna.
- Damaged or missing seal? Report it to the site supervisor immediately.
Location sharing may be requested during verification to log where the seal was checked.
